By booking our services, signing our client authorization form, or using our website, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional, respectful grave care and maintenance services, which include but are not limited to:
Cleaning and washing of headstones, memorials, and grave markers using appropriate, safe methods.
Tending to turf, weeding, edging, and general plot tidying.
Placing seasonal floral tributes, fresh flowers, or remembrance items as agreed upon in your service package or add-on request.
Providing photographic updates (before and after) upon completion of the service.
3. Client Authority & Authorizations
Right to Authorize: By signing our Client Authorization Form, you confirm that you are the grave owner, hold the exclusive right of burial, or have received explicit, lawful permission from the grave owner or family to commission our services on their behalf.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate details regarding the plot location (cemetery name, section, and plot number) and the identity of the deceased to ensure proper execution of services.
4. Cemetery Rules & Access
Compliance: All work carried out by Always Loved Never Forgotten Grave Care strictly complies with individual cemetery bylaws, regulations, and local authority guidelines.
Cemetery Restrictions: If a cemetery administration restricts access, denies permission, or alters its operating policies, we will notify you promptly. We cannot be held liable if a cemetery prohibits private maintenance work, though we will do our utmost to coordinate and obtain proper approvals in advance.
5. Scheduling, Weather, and Rescheduling
Weather Conditions: Grave care services—particularly washing memorials and laying fresh flowers—are dependent on weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy frost, torrential rain, high winds), we reserve the right to reschedule the service to the next available safe date.
Monthly/Recurring Plans: For recurring maintenance plans, services will be scheduled on a regular cycle. You may request custom add-ons (such as special floral tributes) by notifying us prior to the scheduled service deadline.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued based on the selected service or package agreed upon. Invoices must be paid in full prior to the commencement of scheduled work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions: For recurring or monthly packages, payments are automatically billed according to your chosen subscription schedule.
7. Photography, Marketing, and Privacy
Service Updates: We capture before-and-after photographs of every completed service and send them to you via email.
Promotional Use: With your explicit, separate permission, we may use photographs of our completed work (including cleaning results and floral tributes) for our website portfolio or promotional materials.
Privacy & Discretion: Prior to publishing any photographs publicly, we will carefully edit, blur, or remove any names, dates, or identifying inscriptions on the headstone to protect privacy and discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pre-existing Damage: We exercise the utmost care and professional standards when tending to memorials. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, natural weathering, cracks, or aging wear-and-tear on fragile or historic headstones.
Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for any disturbances, theft, or damage caused to the grave or memorial by third parties, wildlife, or severe weather events after our service has been completed.
